Young Residence

A building designed in harmony with its 2.5 acre rolling wooded setting was the primary objective for this residence: The undulating topography and solar orientation, as well as the views from the site were all factors accounting for the design concept. As a result, articulated balconies found inside and outside, protruding decks, voluminous windows and even the building's footprint were built in careful response to the site conditions. Generous windows and open flowing interiors welcome exterior scenes while also framing views created in the interior.
